Returns Policy for Hadiyas
At Hadiyas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Perishable goods, such as food items.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@hadiyas.com to request a return authorisation (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.
- Include the RA number provided by our customer service team on the return package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2-4 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
6. Exchange Policy:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2-3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item as well as the packaging for our records.
